Takapinga Project
Highly prospective and large-scale bauxite exploration opportunity
Key Highlights

Expansive target areas
Approximately 314km2 of lateritic bauxite target areas, 9x larger than at the Wuudagu project

Significant regional prospectivity
Known bauxite mineralisation identified across Melville Island and Money Shoal Basin.

Established infrastructure in place
Existing airport, port and accommodation infrastructure adjacent to the project area.

Large-scale exploration opportunity
Takapinga is a highly prospective and large-scale bauxite exploration opportunity covering 1,118.5km2 on Melville Island in the Northern Territory. The project includes approximately 314km2 of lateritic bauxite target areas, covering known bauxite deposits at Cache Point and Goolumbini, and strong non-targeted historical exploration results including large areas mapped as ‘pisolitic bauxite’.
